Surviving Reduncancy – It’s not all bad
Well, I am in a better position than most I suppose. I was on such a crappy salary that I couldn’t afford to live away from home. When I got made redundant a few months ago I decided that since I could afford to stay off work until after Christmas then that’s what I will do. Of course I won’t sit on my butt doing nothing, I have enrolled on a home study accountancy course while I wait for a new job. It should put me in a better position to find a better job once I start looking again.
I have set myself a little challenge. Now that I have time on my hands I am going to see how much money I can make between now and the end of the year by doing things that everyday folks can do. This will include article writing and the like. My profits so far – $3.91. Rock On!
