What the Hell, here goes!
If there are any bloggers; or peeps who are willing to set a blog up; this might be for you. It’s called PayPerPost. You can get paid for writing about certain products on your blog. However, there are criteria that need to be met first.
1. You will need to have at lease 90 days between your FIRST POST and the date you submit your blog. They can check this, so don’t pretend it is older than it is because they know!
2. You are not allowed to have a gap of more that 30 days between any one post. If there is a gap of 30 days or more then the 90 day countdown begins again.
3. Don’t make it obvious that you are blogging to use PayPerPost. Again, they know. Try to use existing blogs, it looks more natural.
4. A lot of the more worthwhile posts require certain criteria to use. These include Google PageRank, Alexsa Score and in some cases they will not allow posts on certain domains. So use the 90 days to increase the PageRank and Alexsa Score. It could be worth a $125.00 posting!!!!!
5. Do NOT use ‘illegal’ means to increase the PageRank score. Create backlinks to do this, but do not use paid for banklink providers because they will know!
6. You must have a minimum of 20 posts to qualify, but do not have more than three posts per day, and they must be meaningful and have at least 5 lines to qualify as a ‘post’ in their eyes.
7. Keep your blog listed on the search engines.
8. Download the Alexsa toolbar – it’s annoying but it has to be done.
9. If you host your blog on free site (such as blogger) it might be wise to consider switching to your own, paid domain. Its not as complicated as it sounds. I used the WordPress platform and uploaded it to the server (well, actually, I got it installed for me!). Just check that the host you chose for your site allows access to a MySQL and PHPadmin database.
10. If you are just starting up a blog, then do as above. It will be worth it in the long run.
11. Good Luck!
